EBS Research Centre Submission Guidelines (APA Style)
Thank you for your interest in contributing to the EBS Research Centre's open-source platform. Please adhere to the following guidelines for paper submissions to maintain consistency and quality across all published work. Our editorial team reserves the right to request revisions for submissions that do not meet these requirements.
1. General Formatting
Font: Times New Roman
Font Size: 12 pt
Paragraph: Justified
Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
Paper Size: A4
2. Structure and Sections
Title Page: Include the title, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and date.
Abstract: A maximum of 150 characters that concisely summarizes the paper.
Keywords: Include up to six keywords to enhance search-ability and classification.
Main Text: Ensure the paper includes an Introduction and Conclusion section.
3. Content Requirements
Introduction: Provide an overview of the research problem, objectives, and significance.
Body: Organize content logically, using appropriate headings and subheadings following APA style.
Conclusion: Summarize findings, implications, and potential directions for future research.
4. Citations and References
In-text Citations: Follow APA citation style for all in-text references.
Reference List: At the end of the paper, include a complete list of references formatted according to APA guidelines.
5. Author Biography
Bio as Footnote: Include a short biography (maximum of three lines) as a footnote on the first page, describing the author's qualifications, affiliations, and/or relevant experience.
6. Additional Guidelines
Figures and Tables: Number all figures and tables sequentially and include titles. Ensure they are referenced within the text and follow APA formatting standards.
Page Limit: No specified page limit, but papers should be concise and focused.
